 * A credit card will need to  be on file for all chemical services... if you do not show for your appointment or give a 24 hour notice you will be charged for the service booked. Exceptions will we made for sickness and emergencies.

* If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment.

* If you need a product, please ask your stylist or our receptionist...

* Any team member who is not feeling well will be required to stay home, unfortunately we may need to cancel appointments last minute please be assured we will do our best to reschedule ASAP.

* Coffee and tea are always available please feel free to ask or help yourself, we have mugs and disposable cups, water is kept in our refrigerator please ask.
